Overview

Thank you for shopping with JET Industries. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the conditions described below. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Item must be in its original condition, free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use.
  • Item must be in its original packaging where applicable.
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. JET Industries is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Return shipping labels are not provided. Please ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jetindustries.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For verified damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge. The 15% restocking fee does not apply to defective or incorrect items.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@jetindustries.shop or on our contact page, with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization confirmation from our team (typically within 2 business days).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Consumer Rights Notice

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws. Residents of certain states may have additional rights regarding refunds and returns. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any statutory consumer rights.
