You should not access this Site or use our services until you have carefully read and agreed to these terms and conditions of use (the "Terms"), which govern your access to and use of this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors' access to and use of the Site.

We do not represent or warrant that the information on our Site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site at any time, without cause or notice. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Unlawful or Prohibited Uses
As a condition of your access to and use of this Site, you may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair any function of the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; use data mining, robots, spiders, scraping, or similar automated or manual methods; or circumvent or modify any feature of the Site.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Before sending any item back, please email support@jetindustries.shop with your order number. Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. JET Industries is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us at support@jetindustries.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. The restocking fee does not apply to verified defective or incorrect items.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of JET Industries Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may electronically copy and print pages from this Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and an additional 5–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the United States where required by law. An estimated tax amount will be shown at checkout. The exact tax rate will be calculated according to the applicable rates for your local tax jurisdiction and reflected once final payment is settled.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JET Industries Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or the posting or transmission of any materials on or through the Site by you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Michigan.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JET Industries Inc. and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements. Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after it arose. Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
